All services are subject to availability.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.

Prices may change if:

The vehicle condition is significantly different from what was described.
Additional services are requested.
Excessive contamination, pet hair, stains, or other conditions require additional labor.

Customers will be informed of any pricing changes before additional work is performed.

Booking and Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, social media, or through our website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring the vehicle is available at the scheduled appointment time.

Mobile Service Requirements

To complete your detailing service, customers must provide:

Safe and legal access to the vehicle.
Sufficient space for our technicians to work.
A safe working environment free from hazards.

If water or electricity is required for a particular service, we will advise you before your appointment.

Failure to provide suitable access may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

Customer Responsibilities

Before your appointment, customers should:

Inform us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces, or aftermarket modifications.

Detail Exotic is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes whenever possible.

Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you believe any aspect of your detailing service has not been completed to a reasonable standard, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, arrange to address any workmanship-related issues.

This guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Pre-existing damage.
Permanent stains, scratches, paint defects, oxidation, fading, or interior damage that cannot be corrected through detailing.

Vehicle Condition

Detailing improves the appearance of your vehicle but does not repair:

Paint chips
Deep scratches
Dents
Torn upholstery
Cracked trim
Rust
Mechanical faults

Some stains, odors, water spots, and pet hair may be permanent depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Weather Policy

As a mobile detailing business, severe weather may affect scheduled appointments.

If weather conditions prevent us from safely completing the service, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Detail Exotic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.
